Have you ever taken a walk in the woods and come across a random staircase that leads nowhere?
According to ticker user Jesse V (@jessiivee) you can find quite a few of these in different forests around the world - so just in case you happen to come across random stairs, she asks - never climb them.
Jesse V has a ticking page with over 4 million followers, which she regularly shares with weird and creepy stories from around the world.
One of her popular videos talks about random steps placed in the forest - and all the unusual theories behind the phenomenon.
She explained: "If you ever see a random staircase in the woods, you must escape as fast as possible. Never climb them."
She added: "There is a story that went viral two years ago on abandoned stairs in national forests around the world, deep, deep in the forest - far from everyone. These are just stairs, with no other structure attached to them. There are slightly ruined stairs, some completely stable, some iron spirals like The ones in the lighthouse - and they all get nowhere. "

Although it seems tempting to climb stairs leading to the unknown - Jesse warns: "There are so many different theories as to why these stairs are there and what actually happens when you climb them. Only a few dared to climb such stairs and those who did reported feeling uncomfortable .

More than a million people watched Jesse's video, which garnered more than 200,000 likes.
Thousands also shared in the comments their thoughts on the subject: "The truth? It's a little scary," one reporter and another added: "As if I don't lack phobias, so now that too."
Another said he came across such stairs in the woods and survived to tell: "I have climbed such stairs in the past and nothing has happened. It is just superstition."
Another added: "I should not have watched this. Now I must find such stairs!".
