Another Hispanic street vendor is violently attacked in Southern California

The vendor Fernando Tapia was the victim of an attack by three individuals who pepper sprayed him, beat him and took his money. The incident is in addition to a dozen assaults and robberies of vendors registered in recent months, according to police.
