Why did you choose this subject?
What to say about the capital that has not already been said?

I love Paris, the city where I was born and in which I live. And I love the history as much as the idea of the city itself. Writing on the history of Paris seemed obvious to me. In a previous book (
Striped from the map - on the traces of the forgotten Louvre
, Éd. Du Cerf, 2017) I retraced the history of the old Louvre district, a sector that has now disappeared which could only be evoked through literature and testimonies of people who knew him.
Capitale
