Planners, mayors and the local council in Berglern have now brought the special area for the (Rewe) supermarket almost completely through the construction management process, and community chief Anton Scherer is planning the constitutional resolution for the October meeting.
By then, the safety audit for the traffic situation should also be completed.
According to Scherer's report in the local council, this is the only thing that is still missing.

At the request of Markus Geier (FWG), Scherer agreed that interested councilors would be invited to the meetings with the experts if this was technically feasible.
But planner Franz Pezold also admitted that there was still little experience with the audits.
In the last procedural step with the authorities and public bodies, the only substantial response was that of the electricity supplier, who had to build a transformer station to supply the entire area, but wanted to arrange it in an area that was already firmly planned as a parking space.
However, there are already feasible alternative suggestions.
Immediately afterwards is the planned special area of agriculture with a bull fattening stable, works manager's house and a wood chip system that could serve as a local heating supply for the area with the new village center.
Pezold had come to the council with the draft of the development plan, which unanimously decided to bring forward the hearing of the public authorities.
As Pezold emphasized several times, the design is coordinated with the farmers who want to invest there.
The bull fattening pen comes to the side of the elongated property furthest away from the supermarket.
Between the stall and the supermarket there is another hall, which is used to accommodate machines and as a salvage hall for feed and the like.
The liquid manure store comes on the opposite side.
Pezold informed that the arrangement of the building had completely defused the problem of odor.
The halls that the farmer builds are not exactly small: they can reach 110 meters in length.
The planning takes into account a footpath and cycle path along Wartenberger Straße requested by the community, and according to Pezold the drainage has already been discussed with the wastewater association.
After its detailed presentation, the council had no more questions.
