The National Security Service of the Police Force today (28th) indicted 7 people, aged between 16 and 25, for "conspiracy to incite others to subvert state power" under Article 22 and Article 23 of the Hong Kong National Security Act. A 16-year-old woman was arrested in the afternoon, an 18-year-old woman was remanded in the Correctional Services Department, and 4 men and 1 woman whose bail arrangements were revoked earlier today.
The case will appear in West Kowloon Magistracy tomorrow (29th) afternoon.
It is understood that the 7 men and women indicted are related to the Kwangseong case.
