Faults in the computer system, which make it difficult to issue a new green card to vaccinated recoverers, are still disrupting their daily routine.
Among some professionals in the Ministry of Health, the possibility has arisen to extend the use of the old green label until the beginning of next week, but this is not certain.
The new green character was supposed to take effect on Sunday this week, but the use of the old character was extended in light of the load on the computer system and difficulty in issuing the character.
But later it turned out that there was a fault that was not due to overload.
Due to the malfunction, recoverers who have been vaccinated and more than half a year have passed since the date of their vaccination - are not entitled to a green label.
One of them is Eli (59), who fell ill and recovered in September 2020 a year ago.
"In my work, I come in contact with immigrants from all over the world, and that's where I got infected," he says.
"I performed a serological test towards the end of 2020 and my antibody level was very low, and due to fear of getting infected again, I asked for permission to get vaccinated.
"On January 14, 2021, I was vaccinated and on February 4, 2021, I was vaccinated again. Until the beginning of this week, I had a green card. Now I asked to be issued a new green card and I could not get it. "The nurses admitted to me in a phone call that they had received a return that there was indeed a problem issuing a green card to the recovered vaccinated as required. This population falls between the chairs.

A source in the Ministry of Health's computer system confirmed that there was a problem with the issuance of a certificate for the recovered vaccinated, and more than half a year had passed since their vaccination.
In a similar context, Dr. Sharon Elrai Price, head of the public health services, said in the Knesset yesterday that an exceptions committee would be set up to deal with cases where the three vaccines could not be completed due to side effects of one of the vaccine doses.
