Suspicion of an antisemitic incident in Berlin: An Israeli with an IDF emblem on his clothes was attacked with pepper spray
The 29-year-old who was attacked was asked by a man at the train station "about his religion" and when he replied, he absorbed pepper gas from the attacker, was dropped with his hands to the ground and immediately afterwards fled.

A 29-year-old Israeli resident of Berlin was attacked outside the Bornnerplatz passenger train station in the eastern district of Berlin in Germany, the local police said today (Saturday).
The law enforcement authorities in the country said that there was a suspicion that this was an antisemitic incident.
The attack took place on Friday evening outside the Noldenplatz passenger train station in the German capital.
The Israeli, wearing a sweater with an IDF emblem and after being asked "about his religion", was attacked.

The attacker escaped.
Afterwards, the Israeli called the police and the rescue workers took care of him on the spot.
Berlin law enforcement has opened an investigation on suspicion of harming political motives.
