The company will present at the Ausa Weapons Exhibition in Washington, D.C., the advanced facility grown as a pack of cigarettes.

Rafael unveils the advanced communication system "Nano Bint", which aims to enable fighters to transmit huge amounts of information in real time between them and commanders in command positions.

Rafael Vacation: Nano Bint Communication System

The new facility, which will be published for the first time in "Israel Today" and will be displayed in the company's pavilion at the "Ausa" weapons exhibition in Washington, is the size of a pack of cigarettes and allows a lot of information to be transmitted via broadband and high speed on a multi-frequency communication channel.

"The Bint family is breaking the glass incident that exists in the field of radio, because to this day most successful companies work in systems that work in a way that one receives and one transmits. We break this formula. You can also receive 100 channels in one point," explains Amichai Dekel, product marketing director The new.

He notes that the significance on the battlefield is dramatic: "Speaking of traffic - today the systems use individual keyframes for SMS and mega or two for video, and in a non-reception area the system works slowly. Our radio can transmit dozens of megabytes, as well as video, from 20 sources simultaneously "A single radio system can receive dozens of channels at the same time, which include video, data, and of course speech groups."

Bennett's communication systems already exist operationally in several armies around the world, including the IDF, but the significant size of the Nano Bint is precisely in its small size. "This is a very small system that can be put on a vest, robotics and other devices," he explains. Dekel, "This is new news for the battlefield, communication that can withstand the load.

For example, a battalion commander can connect to his officers' cameras and get a snapshot even before reporting. Soldiers today were born with a cell phone in hand, and with the help of our system they will be able to transfer images - a step worth a thousand words during combat.

Also, everyone can have access to all the information, whether the fighter in the field or the glider above his head. "The advantage of the weight of the system is that it can, for example, be attached to a glider, a drone or even a dog.

The purpose of the system is to connect a kind of Wi-Fi on the battlefield and make it possible to activate technologies and receive information from them at the same time.

"We can put together hundreds of units that will work together," Dekel says.

This way, fighters will be able to receive information from a variety of means at the same time - on the ground, in the air and at sea, and get a real-time picture.

The new system, Raphael says, is already competing in a short list of several huge tenders around the world.
