- How did you conceive the soundtrack of
Doutes
?
Alex BEAUPAIN.- It took me a long time to consider that I knew how to make film music, because I started by writing songs.
The instrumental is something different.
For my part, I cannot imagine a music until I have seen the images.
For
Doutes
, I was involved in postproduction when the editing started.
There were two questions.
First, the most important music in the film is
Something in My Heart
, the title of Elsa, which acts as a revealer and which should be highlighted.
So all the original music revolves around the harmonies of this song that I had fun dissecting.
