Inzaghi Kona, an 18-year-old winger, signed today (Sunday) with Betar Jerusalem and will be part of the club's youth team for the coming season.
Kone said after the signing: "Glad I get the opportunity to be part of the team, and hope to help it later. The goal is to develop as a player and as a team member. I heard about Betar Jerusalem and I hope to experience beautiful moments here."
Youth team coach Assi Elimelech commented on the signing: "Every coach is happy with the reinforcement that comes to the team. We have followed him quite a bit and I believe he can contribute to us in the challenging season ahead. Now is his and our time to work hard and make this match a success."
