Dachau - The seven-day incidence in the Dachau district was 167.6 yesterday - in unvaccinated people even 418, according to the district office.
The health department reported over 365 newly infected people within a week.
There are currently 21 corona patients in the Helios Amper Clinic.
Three other people died as a result of the corona disease.
Due to the demands of the district administrators in their meeting in Dachau (we reported), the cabinet wants to discuss a regionalized view this week. From now on, the establishment of contacts by the health authorities will be restricted to members of the household and facilities with vulnerable people such as old people's homes, outpatient care services and asylum accommodation, according to press spokeswoman Sina Török. As also demanded in the district administration conference, contact tracking is technically questionable and logistically impossible as long as there are in fact no more contact restrictions. A change in the specifications for contact determination has been implemented.
In the week from October 25 to 31, a total of 365 new infections were reported to the Dachau health department.
85 percent of infected people are symptomatic.
The age structure of the index cases can be broken down as follows: 4 percent 0 to 6 years
13 percent 7 to 12 years
13 percent 13 to 18 years
29 percent 19 to 39 years
27 percent 40 to 59 years
10 percent 60 to 79 years
4 percent 80 years and older
When scaled down to the different age groups, children and adolescents under 18 years of age have an incidence of 354, the age group of 18 to 59 year olds 243 and those over 60 year olds 133. The incidence in unvaccinated people is 418.
Overall, it is a diffuse infection process without a local hotspot.
The infections occur mainly in the private environment.
A hotspot is currently not recognizable in the district, and the infections found in schools last week are largely based on out-of-school infection sites.
Over the past long weekend, a large number of new corona diseases have been recognized, so that the Dachau district office expects another sharp increase in the incidence.
The number of corona patients in the Helios-Amper-Klinikum Dachau has decreased slightly.
17 patients, six of them with vaccination, with a proven Covid-19 infection are currently being treated in the normal ward;
another four patients need intensive medical care.
Unfortunately, last week three people from the district with previous illnesses died as a result of a corona infection - a total of 151 people in the district now.
