A 50-year-old man was seriously injured after being stabbed on Monday morning, in the Plateau Rouher district of Creil (Oise).
Stabbed in the shoulder, he was helicoptered in "absolute urgency" to the hospital of Amiens (Somme) Monday morning.
For the time being, no arrest has taken place.
The investigation was entrusted to the judicial police (PJ) of Creil.
According to a police officer, the victim arrived on foot at the Creil hospital at around 9:30 am, presenting a significant wound to the left shoulder.
"It was not far from the heart," said the official.
Faced with the condition of the fifty-year-old, who has lost a lot of blood, the doctors decide to transfer him to Amiens, where more serious injuries are taken care of.
Already shot in 2011
The assault took place at rue Henri-Dunant, where a man was fatally shot in March 2019. "It's a muddle between a young man and an old man against a background of business and lack of respect." , thinks an inhabitant knows.
Another evokes several aggressors.
But for the moment, it is difficult to know more about the exact circumstances and the potential motive for the assault.

Still in critical condition, the 50-year-old has not yet been heard by investigators on Tuesday evening.
To the police, the victim's wife allegedly explained to her husband that she did not know an enemy.
However, a source close to the case reports a victim "unfavorably known" to the police.
"An assault like this in the early morning is probably no accident," she adds.
This is not the first time that the man has been the victim of a potentially fatal assault.
According to our information, this 50-year-old is none other than the former manager of Téléboutique, a mobile phone store, who had already been seriously injured by bullets in March 2011, in the same rue Henri-Dunant.
That day a hooded man broke into the establishment and shot the victim twice in the abdomen.
