Landsberg - If you want to experience a real cinema feeling in your own four living room walls, you should grab it: The Olympia-Filmtheater is being renovated - and is giving away cinema seats for a donation.
"In order to improve the legroom in the rows of seats in particular, we are renovating our cinema hall 2," says owner Rudolf Gilk.
That means: the old upholstered chairs have to go.
Strictly speaking, there are 106 chairs.
If you want, you can now purchase it for a donation.
The only condition: the chairs have to be removed by yourself.
The cinema seats should also be connected as much as possible: several in a row should ideally be purchased at the same time, says Gilk.
Because every chair only has one armrest.
That means: "If only one chair goes away, the second one can be thrown away because it no longer has armrests on either side."

Expansion on November 13th
The purchase of seats and entire rows of seats should be registered before November 13th.
On this day, the expansion should take place, depending on the agreed time.
“So that they don't all come at once,” says Gilk.
