Anyone who buys the beautiful Edwardian house that used to belong to Prince Charles must be able to live with the fact that the royal previous owner retains some rights.

The royal country house is particularly impressive because it is located in the middle of an idyllic landscape at the romantic mouth of the Darts River.
But whoever acquires the piece of jewelery has to be able to live with a unique feature. *

Prince Charles * put the country estate, built between 1893 and 1906, which includes a main house with six bedrooms, two cottages and nine hectares of land in Dartmoor National Park, for the first time in 1993.

As if out of nowhere, the Prince of Wales is not allowed to appear with a fishing rod in his luggage, he has to register 24 hours in advance.
The agreement is regulated in the land register.

The brokerage agency Knight Frank, who was entrusted with the sale, told the Times that the eldest son of Queen Elizabeth II * (95) had never made use of this right.

The land around the house sold in Dartmoor still belongs to the Duchy of Cornwall.
