Firemen brought blasting tools to the scene and broke into the unit. They found a man and a woman hanging in the house. The two were certified dead.

It is known that after the initial investigation by the police, no suicide note was found at the scene, and the cause of the death of the mother and son has not yet been determined.

At about 5 o'clock in the morning today (10th), workers were summoned to arrive at the scene, and the bodies of the mother and son were transported to the mortuary.


The police said that at 9:23 pm on the 9th, the police received a report from the owner of a unit at No. 98, Tam Kung Road, saying that they could not contact the mother and son who lived at the address.

Neighbors also pointed out that a strange smell came from a unit on the site.

The firefighter arrived at the scene and broke into the unit. It was found that a 72-year-old woman surnamed Tang and a 42-year-old man surnamed Bi were hanging on a belt inside the unit.

Both were certified dead at the scene.

The police did not seize the suicide note at the scene, and the cause of death of the deceased has yet to be determined by an autopsy.

The case is classified as "suicide" for follow-up.
