The commander of a Haut-Rhin CRS company was indicted for “
moral harassment
” after the suicide of one of his subordinates in 2016, AFP learned Thursday, December 9 from the Mulhouse prosecutor's office.

The commander of the CRS 38, based in Illzach, near Mulhouse, was indicted "

In February 2016, a police officer of the CRS 38, aged about thirty, ended his life with his service weapon in Moselle where he was for a first aid course.
