Tehran-Sana
An informed Iranian source revealed that the European Troika countries "Germany, Britain and France" have retreated from their recent positions and accepted a return to dialogue in the Vienna talks to revive the nuclear agreement with the aim of studying Iran's proposals, promising them a victory for Tehran.
Fars news agency quoted the source as saying today that "the European Troika countries, which expressed negative attitudes towards Iran's proposals in the negotiations, retreated from their positions and entered into negotiating the proposals," considering this measure "the first victory for Iran in the Vienna negotiations."
The Iranian source pointed to the European troika's attempts to put obstacles on the path of negotiations with the aim of "achieving goals represented by earning points," noting that "the Western parties are thinking about the course of negotiations more than yielding to the dictates of the United States after its failure to escalate pressures and threats against Iran."
The meeting of the Joint Committee of the Nuclear Agreement was held yesterday in the Austrian capital Vienna with the participation of the delegations of Iran and the group of four plus one countries, where the two sides exchanged views on how to continue negotiations and it was decided to continue discussing at various levels.
