The joint Iraqi forces launched today a security operation in the Hamrin mountain range in Diyala Governorate, in the center of the country.
The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces stated in a statement transmitted by Alsumaria News that the crowd and the army launched a six-pronged joint operation this morning to hunt down the remnants of terrorists in Diyala.
Last night, the Iraqi Air Force targeted gatherings of the terrorist organization "ISIS" in the Hamrin Mountains in Diyala Governorate.
The Iraqi forces continue to pursue the remaining remnants of ISIS terrorists in a number of regions of the country.
