During the operation, 12 men and 9 women (aged between 19 and 64) in 7 restaurants failed to scan the "Travel with Peace" QR code before entering the restaurant in accordance with the law. They were suspected of violating Chapter 599F. Issue a fixed penalty notice to them.
The illegal restaurants must be closed for two weeks in the evening market starting the next day.
In addition, the persons in charge of the 7 restaurants also failed to ensure that the customers in the venues used their mobile phones to scan the QR code of "Travel with Peace", which is suspected of violating Chapter 599F. The police will issue subpoenas to these persons in charge.
The illegal restaurants must stop providing dine-in services from 6 pm the next day to 4:59 am the next day, and the number of people sitting at the same table should not exceed two for a period of two weeks.
The police appealed to the public to use "Travel with peace of mind" in accordance with the law to fight the epidemic together.
If a catering business premises violates the regulations on "Traveling with Peace", the person in charge will be prosecuted. Once convicted, the maximum penalty is a fine of 50,000 yuan and half a year's imprisonment.
