The lawyer for the mathematics teacher from the school in Sharon, who is suspected of sexually harassing a student, claimed this morning (Thursday) that the matter was out of proportion, and he adhered to a version that denies the allegations at all costs.
In an interview on 103FM, lawyer Omar Ballali said that "the teacher says that the things that were presented to him simply did not happen."
He said the teacher was to be questioned and the allegations presented to him at the school.
"It is important for me to say that between what was presented to him a few days ago and what is published yesterday and today there is a gap of heaven and earth. I do not know if it is the same teacher and the same claims, but on the face of it - heaven and earth."
According to the details published yesterday, the teacher is suspected of committing an indecent act himself in front of a student and of inviting himself to her room during an annual outing.
According to the teacher, the teacher had a conversation with the student in the yard, and when he asked her to solve a mathematical exercise, she noticed that he was shaking in his upper body.
According to her complaint, in another case the teacher rubbed against her.
It was further reported that the teacher continues to be employed at the school and that the director of the institution gave him backing and confronted the students claiming that their reaction was belligerent, while denying the facts and calling the occurrence a "psychosis".
Following this, students complained against three other teachers, and it was reported that the feeling among the parents is that the administration does not treat things with the proper severity and sweeps them under the rug.

In an interview, attorney Balali argued that there is a difference between the original charges and the current ones.
"The claim has escalated dramatically," he said.
He confirmed that the teacher gave the students private lessons, but according to him, the teacher devotes hours to individual studies for all the students.
"As part of the teacher's hours he gets paid for it," Bellali said.
"He needs to teach students individually, not just with the same girl."
As for the allegation against him that he invited himself to the girl's room on the trip, Bellali said "this is an allegation he vehemently denied. He said 'I never said these things'."

Balley blamed the class in which the girl was studying.
He said: "The thing he can attribute to the matter is a class that is by many descriptions, not just his own, a bit problematic."
According to the lawyer, "there were teachers who refused to teach there. In one of the lessons, in an act of a bit of despair, he told them: 'This way you are conducting you will fail the exam', and the students took it dramatically. That is the only statement he confirmed and said was not true To say so. "
Ballali added that the teacher is happy that there is an investigation and is waiting for it, because he wants to present his things to what is happening there.
