The hegemony of the right in the battle for public opinion seems to be established.
The left, which very often criticizes the myth of the providential savior in favor of a “horizontality” as muddy as it is sterile, seems to resolve to the idea of a strong incarnation made necessary by the presidential election under the Fifth Republic.
This Friday, a ninth candidate presented herself, Christiane Taubira, awaited by some as the miracle worker of a “great corpse overturned” (Bernard-Henri Lévy) awaiting his resurrection.
Will she make the hoped-for union?
