In an interview with the Telegraph, Michael O'Leary said vaccine opponents should not be allowed to enter hospitals, pharmacies and supermarkets.

In an interview with the British Telegraph newspaper, Michael O'Leary, CEO of Low Cost Rainier, called vaccine opponents "idiots" and declared that in his opinion only vaccinated people should be allowed to fly.

At the same time, he criticized the governments of Austria and Germany following the duty of immunization they were trying to promote, claiming that they were violating human rights.

In an interview with the Telegraph he said: "We recognize everyone's rights to decide not to get vaccinated if they do not want to. If you are personally opposed to vaccines because you think it's a big conspiracy on the part of governments or pharmaceutical companies, ".

He added: "If you are not vaccinated, you must not be allowed to enter hospitals, you must not be allowed to board flights, you must not be allowed to board the London Underground, and you must not be allowed to enter local supermarkets and pharmacies. You can sit at home and receive deliveries of medicines and food. But you will not be allowed to go to work or use public transportation. "

He said the spread of the Omicron strain is hurting the aviation industry severely after many passengers are afraid to travel due to the restrictions that apply.

According to O'Leary, Brainair expects a 10% drop in passengers in December due to the new Corona restrictions.

He also estimates that the first months of the year will be weak for the company, especially if the uncertainty surrounding the restrictions continues, and of course if additional restrictions are imposed.

O'Leary also spared no criticism of the British government led by Boris Johnson, who he claims is too pressured by the Omicron, while other European countries appear more peaceful.

According to him, it is this attitude of the government that will prevent people from flying during the Christmas holidays.
