Two people aboard a motorcycle carried out an armed attack in the La Aldea community, in the city of Silao, in the State of Guanajuato, as confirmed by the Guanajuato State Prosecutor's Office to CNN.
Eight people died in the massacre, including a 16-year-old girl and a 1-year-4-month-old baby.

"All of them are being shot by firearm projectiles," authorities told CNN.

The Prosecutor's Office and the Municipality of Silao in Guanajuato assure that they are investigating the case.
