Saudi news network Al-Arabiya reports that Israeli attacks have exhausted Iranian presence on the Syrian president • According to reports, Iran handed over weapons to Hezbollah without the regime's knowledge

The Saudi network Al-Arabiya reported tonight (Thursday) that Iran's growing presence in Syria has become a source of danger to the Assad regime, which has lost its influence.

Sources spoke of a serious move on the ground by Assad's army to restrict the activities of Iran and its envoys in the Syrian region and especially in the West Coast region.

As you may recall, recently Syria has reported two Israeli attacks on the port of Latakia.

Sources quoted by the Saudi network claimed that Iran had used civilian vessels to transport military equipment to ports in the coastal area to strengthen its activities in the Syrian region and Lebanon.

According to the report, the person leading the transfer of Iranian weapons is Unit 190 of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards. In corrupt activity in the coastal area, where the Fourth Division is stationed due to its strategic importance.

It was further argued that the Assad regime fully understands that Iran's presence in Syrian territory threatens its sovereignty when there is no coordination with the Syrian army.

According to the Arab report, another issue is related to the Israeli attacks against any of Iran's presence in Syria, or in other words - the destruction of any plan for the development or restoration of the ruins in the decade of the civil war.

The report explained that the Syrian regime, which initially agreed to and supported Iranian activity, understood that Tehran's involvement in Syrian bases and ports in Latakia and Banias, and the strengthening of Iranian military capabilities in the coastal area, would lead to damage to these ports by Israel.

It is also alleged that the Assad regime is taking a big risk in the Syrian naval arena, and against this background has asked Tehran to fire its man in Syria, Jawad Rafari.

According to Arab reports, this is an Iranian adviser who serves as the commander of a Quds Force in the Syrian region, who returned to Iran last November.
