LE FIGARO.- What are the priorities of your program?

Helene THOUY.

- The flagship measure is the end of intensive farming.

From the beginning of the mandate, we want an immediate halt to new constructions and extensions.

Then,

support throughout the five-year term to help breeders retrain, redeem their debt.

We also want to halve our production and consumption of animal products.

For this, we will develop plant sectors - pulses, cereals - in France.

We want to ban hunting, even though we are aware that there are problems caused by crop damage.

It is therefore necessary to propose alternative solutions, such as the sterilization of wild boars.
