Berg – A gust of wind was to blame for a carpenter shooting himself in the thigh with a nail gun on Monday afternoon.

A plastic sheet suddenly blocked his view.

According to the police, the accident happened while working on the roof of a house in Berg.

A 23-year-old carpenter from Munich was in the process of using a nail gun to fasten rafters to the roof of a house in the Berg community.

When a gust of wind blew a plastic tarp in his face, he tried to pull it off his face, accidentally shooting himself in the thigh with the nail gun.

Rescue service brings craftsmen to the Starnberg Clinic

For this reason, he was taken to the Starnberg Clinic by the rescue service because of the painful muscle injury, where he had to be treated on an outpatient basis.
