香園圍口岸海關高級關員初步確診 負責貨物檢查 2.2最後上班
【12:43】海關今日（4日）公布，一名海關高級關員於昨晚（3日）例行檢測中發現屬初步陽性個案，該名人員於香園圍出入境管制站負責處理貨物檢查工作，最後一日上班日為2月2日，工作期間一直有佩戴外科口罩，目前情況穩定。
海關指，一直有安排於香園圍出入境管制站工作的海關前線員工每三日進行一次病毒檢測，直至目前為止，人員的檢測結果均為陰性；亦已安排與該名高級關員可能有緊密接觸的部門人員接受病毒檢測。

【11:49】本港新冠肺炎疫情嚴峻，本地個案近日攀升，昨日衞生署衞生防護中心公布，初步陽性個案達160宗。消息指，截至昨晚，新增131宗確診個案，當中129宗為本地個案，僅45宗個案找到源頭，最少84宗源頭仍在調查。另外，現時共有110宗初步陽性個案。
邱騰華：不做好防疫打擊經濟 會爭取適時放寬防疫措施

【09:01】懲教署今日（4日）表示，該署昨晚接獲衞生防護中心通知，一名確診市民曾於1月13日至28日多次到訪壁屋懲教所探訪在囚人士 。
壁屋懲教所探訪室設施今日會停止運作以進行徹底清潔和消毒。署方並會安排相關懲教人員及在囚人士接受檢測。

該名懲教人員因近期接觸的親友確診，於昨日接受病毒測試，同日晚上接獲通知初步確診。該名人員目前在家接受隔離，等候入院。他最近沒有外遊紀錄，於工作時有佩戴外科口罩。他於上班期間一直有進行體溫探測，體溫正常，並無出現不適症狀。
與該名人員共同辦公的同事目前沒有出現病徵，懲教署已與衞生防護中心聯絡並跟進其建議，包括安排院所內職員及在囚人士進行病毒測試，並對所內地方進行徹底清潔及消毒。因此，白沙灣懲教所的探訪服務今日（二月四日）暫停，直至另行通知。

不少部門公布今日起縮減服務，包括稅務局，但局方由於繳付稅款、提出反對及暫緩繳納暫繳稅申請、提交報稅表或其他資料等事宜，可透過沒有社交接觸的方式處理，有關限期將不會順延。
