Faith Sidman contacted Tiktok to share the cruel response she received from the new owners of her late sister's phone number.

In the video, Paige said she occasionally sends messages to her sister's old phone number who died two years ago as a consolation, as it makes her feel like she's still there with her.

She never expected a response - until she got one.

The last message she wrote to her was: "Thinking of you a lot today. I love you" and finally added an emoji of a butterfly and a purple heart.

More than two weeks after sending the message, Faith was shocked when she received a text message back from her sister.

She hurried to open the message and simply received the following pair of words: "You made a mistake in the number."

Okay, that's still forgiven.

Paige tried to explain and wrote in response: "I'm sorry. My sister passed away two years ago and I still send her messages from time to time. I thought the number was not used. I will not write anymore."

One wrote in the comments: "How can someone be so cold? I'm sorry baby."

Another added: "All he had to do was block you so you could continue to send messages or at least explain nicely."

Another viewer agreed: "People can be so cruel. I'm so sorry you went through that, baby."

Many called on her to reveal the name of the business so that they could take revenge on her, but she refused, explaining: "" I do not think the business should be exposed because even though they may be immoral, they are right.

This is no longer her number.

I also do not feel comfortable publishing the number for the same reason but also because even though it is no longer, to me it still feels like it is my sister's number. "
