The signs are multiplying: the procedure against Netanyahu must be canceled Israel today

About a year and a half ago, Dan Meridor appeared in front of the home Facebook camera, and sent a speech in protest of a virtual protest.

Meridor introduced the then Prime Minister Netanyahu in the spirit of light is black and black is light, and repeated the accepted cliché about the establishment: Is Mandelblit, who comes from a Betar family that Meridor himself knows, a "leftist"? Is Shai Nitzan - a graduate of Netiv Meir, motivated Political? And what about Roni Alshikh, whom he has known for years in the defense establishment?

This is one of the techniques of not dealing with the facts that are revealed.

As if he does not know the answer.

This whole group does not operate on a right-left continuum, but on a continuum of loyalty to the establishments to which they belong and to the ways in which they operate.

What has been discovered so far, although some of it was already known even before the trial, necessitates the dismissal of the legal proceedings.

Mistrial as it is called in English.

It turns out that one of the methods to take control of the legal fire is to isolate the affair from the trial itself;

There is an intrusion through Pegasus software into the phones of key witnesses in the vicinity of Benjamin Netanyahu, an illegal act that must be investigated - and there is the trial itself.

This is a terrible scandal, they say, and Naftali Bennett, Gideon Saar and Yair Lapid will be examined in that they will lead to her investigation to the end;

And in the meantime - in the meantime, Netanyahu's trial will continue to find out if he is guilty.

This is a violation of the essence of the legal proceedings against Netanyahu, since both the court itself and the three leaders who are required to investigate the phone intrusion affair are the toxic product of the Pegasus affair.

Prior to the infiltration case, which only reveals the nature of the police investigation against Netanyahu, the method of investigation against Nir Hefetz was exposed.

It turns out that the commentators are more upset by the intrusion into the phones than by Hefetz's torture and his family's hostage as part of the investigation.

We know that in the case of Hefetz, everything was accompanied and closely approved by the prosecutor's office.

The police are now claiming against the prosecution that the same is true of the use of Pegasus.

But all the construction of the cases, from the investigation to the preparation of the cases, was done with the aim of reaching "in a cart and at the time of an artist's sacrifice" for indictments;

And thence to the overthrow of the incumbent prime minister.

A senior journalist wrote defiantly of the prime minister in March 2015, on the eve of the election: "You are right. The forces working to oust you are enormous. Most of the media is working on this."

And most of the defense system.

And most police investigators.

And most of the influencing factors in the legal system.

It is a pity that such journalists did not deal with the big story of who and who in these "enormous forces".

It is also not an Israeli "Watergate".

It's much more serious.

What the "investigative affair" and the Watergate affair from about 50 years ago have in common is the role of the press.

In his book A History of Modern Time, Paul Johnson writes of President Nixon's resignation in August 1974: "This is how the 1972 voter ruling was transformed by what can be described as a media putsch," using "The Imperial Press" and "Judicial Witch Hunting."

All this in the wake of a political espionage affair that was part of a common practice in American politics.

In the Israeli case, the law enforcement system carried out the burglary and the offenses as part of the investigations.

The introduction of the spyware into the phones of Shlomo Pilber, and possibly Nir Hefetz and who knows who else, joins the opening of the investigation against the prime minister without the approval of the attorney general.

This criminal procedure, in collaboration with the imperial media and an entire establishment that worked to overthrow Netanyahu, led to the reversal of the voter ruling.
