The objective of the platform is to make discover, in particular to the youngest, the trades, the competitions, the opportunities, and the careers of the three public services (State, territorial, hospital) which are struggling to recruit and for which the shortage of candidates threatens the proper functioning of public services.

said the Minister of Transformation and Public Service, deploring that the presidential campaign has relaunched the auction on the suppression (200,000 for the LR candidate, Valérie Pécresse) or the hiring (200,000 also for the EELV candidate, Yannick Jadot) of civil servant positions.

The new platform offers all the information necessary to discover the professions (customs, environment, digital, etc.) but also the training to access them.
It also aims to dispel preconceived ideas that have contributed to dividing by three the number of candidates for public service competitions in twenty-five years.
Above all, the site intends to show that bridges exist between the three sides throughout the quarries.
45,000 jobs are currently offered on the online platform, which will also offer 50,000 internships and apprenticeships this year.
24,000 apprentices are now working in the public service, a number that has doubled since 2017.
