The postman last worked on February 15. He was responsible for checking the mail posted at the counter and collecting the mailboxes.

After being informed of the incident, Hongkong Post has arranged for all staff working with the postman to undergo virus testing, and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected all facilities and mail items in the bureau in accordance with the guidelines of the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health.
