The Russian army is carrying out a three-phase operation.
The first was to target air bases, Ukrainian air defenses, ports and command posts.
It took place on the first day and the beginning of the second and aims to create what the Russians call "Oudar": a shock on the opposing defense system to paralyze it.
The aim of the game is to try to reduce the Ukrainians' freedom of action as much as possible.
