Explosions overnight:

The Ukrainian military says a Russian tank was destroyed in western Kyiv
The Ukrainian military gave its first report of the explosions that rocked western Kyiv in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Ukraine's Military Law Enforcement Service said the country's armed forces "destroyed a column of occupiers' equipment" in Kyiv's Beresteiska district.
"According to preliminary information, these are 2 cars, 2 trucks with ammunition, and also with the help of NLAW anti-tank missiles, an enemy tank was destroyed," the service said.

Biden orders State Department to release up to $350 million in security assistance to Ukraine
