The list of Ukrainian demands is long.
The most "urgent" relates to anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense systems, especially those with a range greater than 4,000 meters.
But it also concerns Russia's satellite communications capabilities as well as cyber means.
On Sunday, Ukraine even asked Elon Musk, the boss of SpaceX, to activate his Starlink communication system above the country.
