DSDS candidate Paloma caused a stir last week with her incredible childhood story.
Her mother was shot while she was working.
In an interview with tz.de, she now gives a glimpse behind the scenes and reveals that RTL cut adult scenes of her appearance from the show.
Munich – Last Saturday evening (February 26), DSDS candidate Paloma Schilder (27) caused a stir not only with her voice (all news about DSDS can be found on the topic page).
Her childhood story was the biggest topic of conversation among viewers of the talent show.
Now Paloma Schilder reveals that RTL has cut out adult scenes from her appearance, as reported by tz.de.

Paloma Schilder's heartbreaking life story shocks DSDS fans
Paloma grew up with her sister in the Brazilian favelas, surrounded by crime, poverty and violence.
They lost their mother when they were little: "My mom was shot while she was working," Paloma revealed to the jury at her casting.
When Paloma was 14 months old, she and her sister were adopted by a couple from the Netherlands.
But even this peaceful family life did not last long, because the couple divorced and Paloma moved to Germany with her sister and adoptive mother.
In this fateful story, not a dry eye stays with the jury either.

Despite some skewed tones, Paloma was able to convince the jury.
Florian Silbereisen (40) and Ilse DeLange (44) saw potential in her and sent her to the recall.
Only Toby Gad had a different opinion (here is all the information about this year's DSDS jury).
However, Paloma finds the criticism of the jury completely correct and justified.
Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for the international recall.
It remains to be seen whether the 27-year-old still wants to continue singing and pursue a career as a singer.

Not only the record producer was not a big fan of the performance.
Paloma was also very self-critical in the casting.
She accidentally slipped a swear word, which RTL promptly cut from the show, as Paloma reveals in the interview.
The 27-year-old made her dissatisfaction very clear in the casting:
"Thank God they cut it out, but I think that after I turned away, I finally gave a pretty rude 'fuck' out because I was totally dissatisfied myself was,"

Toby Gad is looking forward to a future at DSDS
After Dieter Bohlen (68) had to vacate his DSDS place last year, Florian Silbereisen, Ilse DeLange and Toby Gad adorn the jury panel.
The hit producer even plans to stay with DSDS for a few more years, as he recently revealed.
