Russian President Vladimir Putin today signed a decree aimed at ensuring Russia's security and implementing special economic measures in the field of foreign economic activity.
And Sputnik agency reported that Putin ordered to ensure a ban on the export and import of products and raw materials to and from Russia until the end of this year, according to the lists determined by the Russian Cabinet, stressing that this ban will not affect the products and raw materials that Russian citizens consume for their personal needs.
Putin instructed the Russian Cabinet to identify the countries that will be affected by the ban on the import and export of certain types of products and raw materials from the Russian Federation within two days.
The Russian President instructed to ensure a ban on the export of products and raw materials outside the Russian Federation until December 31, when the list will be determined by the government.
