A 70-year-old security guard was charged with one count of murder after strangling his daughter who was attacked by a mentally ill daughter in Hoi Fu Court, Mong Kok on Monday (7th).
The case will be brought up in the West Kowloon Court today (9th), and the prosecution's application is not to be pleaded.
The accused did not apply for bail and is still awaiting trial.
The defendant, Chen Guisheng (70 years old), was charged with the murder of a Chinese borrower, Chen Xingshi, on March 7, 2022, in a room at Hoi Yun House, Hoi Fu Court, No. 2 Hoi Ting Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
