A work by artist Maria Prymachenko has become a symbol of peace after Russian forces nearly destroyed it.
Ukrainian authorities reported that several works by the artist were among those destroyed in a museum attacked in the Ivankiv region.
A man would have managed to save more than a dozen of her works.
Following the attack, one of her works from 1982 entitled "A dove has spread its wings and asks for peace" has become a symbol of hope for the country.
