The Jerusalem Municipality illuminated the walls of the Old City this evening (Sunday) with Russian and Ukrainian flags next to the caption: "Making peace in its heights", as a tribute to the possibility that the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will take place in Jerusalem with a view to stopping hostilities.
Sources in Kiev told Israel Today yesterday that holding talks in Israel is an option that is being considered positively by the Ukrainian government and that Israel can provide security guarantees for the talks at the highest levels in its territory.
