The Ministry of Health announced that the prices of tests for landers in Israel will be reduced from NIS 80 for those who pay in advance to NIS 63 • Among other things, a new test is expected to enter Ben Gurion Airport, which will grant an exemption from isolation

The Ministry of Health announced today (Sunday) that starting in April, the prices of tests for those landing in Israel will be reduced from NIS 80 for those who pay in advance to NIS 63.

Those who want to pay instead, will do so for NIS 79 instead of NIS 100 today.

In addition, the Pemi Premium company that will operate the testing complex will offer the option of performing a rapid corona test with results that will reach up to 4 hours from the moment the test is performed.

This is also good news for Israelis who will return from abroad and for tourists who come to visit here, as there is a duty of isolation until the answer is received or for 24 hours, whichever is earlier.

The price of the quick check will be NIS 86 for those who pay in advance on the website or NIS 107 for those who pay on the spot.

Until now, it was not possible to perform a quick test at Ben Gurion Airport, so anyone who wanted to do so had to turn to private laboratories.

Remember, Israelis no longer need to be checked before the flight to Israel and no matter what their immune status, tourists on the other hand need to be checked before the flight to Israel.

No one should enter full isolation upon arrival in Israel, but only until a response is received to a check performed at Ben Gurion Airport. Everyone must fill out an entry form in the 48 hours prior to the flight to Israel.

Atel Molcho, CEO of Pemi Premium: "Israel is an international leader in coronary testing at the entrance to Israel, and it is the most effective gatekeeper in protecting against the entry of patients.

"The system that Pemi set up in record time, and its continued operation under the new tender, allows millions of Israelis to continue flying and live a normal life alongside the corona plague."
