Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will resume on Monday.
This came in response to the statements of the Ukrainian presidential advisor, Mikhail Podolyak, in which he stated that negotiations took place today between the two delegations.
Peskov commented on these statements: "The negotiations are scheduled for tomorrow."
Last Wednesday, Peskov confirmed his country's interest in conducting new rounds of negotiations with Ukraine as soon as possible, indicating that this was linked to Kyiv's readiness.
Earlier, representatives of Moscow and Kiev said that the third round of Russian-Ukrainian talks, which was held in Belarus last Monday, "did not achieve the desired results" and expressed their readiness to continue the meetings.
