The Public Housing Corporation announced the opening of the subscription for the second time for the occupants who are eligible for alternative housing within the two regulatory zones created under Legislative Decree No. 66 of 2012 in the Governorate of Damascus who did not subscribe and for the eligible occupants whose names appear in the Damascus Provincial Book, each according to the category and area of housing specified for him, starting from the 28th of this month Until next April 28.
According to the institution’s statement, which SANA received a copy of today, subscription applications are submitted at one of the offices of the Real Estate Bank in Mazzeh, and the first payment amount is paid. The institution will be reviewed at the beginning of next May to receive the subscription book.
The Foundation called on the occupants entitled to alternative housing included in the advertisement to commit to paying the monthly installments due to them according to the category they subscribed to during the days of the month “from its beginning to its end implicitly” starting from next May.
The Corporation pointed out that in the event that the subscriber fails to pay three consecutive monthly installments, his subscription shall be considered null and void without the need to warn or notify him, and his payments shall be returned to him deducting all the administrative expenses incurred, referring to this announcement as a personal notification and a final warning.
The Corporation also gave the eligible occupants who have subscribed for this project, who are late in paying three consecutive monthly installments, a deadline until next April 28 to pay the overdue financial obligations along with their fines.
