One should not confuse what concerns, on the one hand, the management of the detention and the feedback of information and, on the other hand, the work of intelligence requiring that allows the implementation of particular techniques to exhume hidden data.

While the issue of prison intelligence had been pending for thirty years, and we were starting from a blank slate, we have, over the past five years, created a service that has continued to grow in power.

It is now well structured, equipped with around 340 agents and effective intelligence techniques, and able to work with other intelligence entities.

In other words, to ensure a continuum in both directions, between the outside and detention.
