Prime Minister Naftali Bennett met today (Monday) in Egypt with President Muhammad a-Sisi.
Last week, Israel and Egypt agreed to expand the direct flights between Israel and Egypt, as part of which a new route will be inaugurated from Ben Gurion Airport to the city of Sharm el-Sheikh.
The progress of the contacts was first published in "Israel Today".
The issue came to an agreement after a meeting between Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi last September in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh.
