The first round will take place in just over two weeks, and voter registration is complete.
48.7 million French people will be able to go to the polls to choose the future head of state, i.e. 1.5 million more than in 2017, when they were 47.2 million.
According to INSEE, 95% of French people of voting age are now registered on the lists and will therefore be able to vote on April 10 and 24.
