The head of Russia's National Center for Defense Affairs Mikhail Mizintsev has warned of the plans of the extremist Nazis in Ukraine to blow up the Khajipi Dam in Odessa with a devastating sabotage operation.

"In Odessa, on the instructions of the district governor, the Khajipi dam, which the neo-Nazis are planning to blow up, was mined," TASS news agency quoted Mizintsev as saying in a statement today, warning that if these criminal acts were carried out, the waters of the dam would flood neighboring residential areas.

Miznetsev noted that the Kyiv authorities completely and everywhere ignore their people and are ready to sacrifice innocent people to achieve the geopolitical goals of their Western masters.

Mizintsev announced the opening of a humanitarian sea corridor for the exit of foreign civilian ships from Ukrainian ports, stressing that the Ukrainian side does not provide any security guarantees for the safety of commercial navigation.

“We emphasize once again that on the part of Russia there is no danger to the freedom of civil navigation, and in confirmation of this, Russia opens daily from 8 am to 7 pm a humanitarian sea lane, but the Ukrainian side has so far not confirmed its readiness to ensure the safety of the exit of foreign ships and avoids in any way,” Mizintsev said. Possible way to interact in order to solve this issue.”
