Shock and rage in Hadera following the attack: "It hurts that it is happening in a city that is a symbol of coexistence"
The citizens of the city are shocked that terrorism has reached them as well, less than a week after the attack in Be'er Sheva.
Hundreds gathered in the arena.
"We are guilty, we let them in for free and after that we cry," protested the city resident.
"Unfortunately, terrorism has raised its head. Some bad threats are coming and destroying coexistence."

Many civilians expressed shock and outrage this evening (Sunday) following the attack that took place in Hadera, in which two people were killed and six others were injured by terrorists, who are suspected to be Israeli Arabs.
"We are guilty," said a resident of Hadera angrily, "let them in free and then cry."
"Unfortunately, terrorism has raised its head," said Hagai, who is also a resident of the city.
"It hurts that in our city, which is a symbol of coexistence, this is what is happening - some bad threats come and destroy it."
He expressed his dissatisfaction with the actions of the prime minister and the police, "I hope they will stop bowing and prevent all the mess that is happening. You see that they are not fighting Arab crime, and as long as it is like this it will only continue."

Nir Ben Haim, the mayor of Hadera, said that the feeling in the city is difficult.
"This is a situation we did not know. Only on Thursday did I talk to the police station commander about how we prevent incidents following what happened in Be'er Sheva."
He continued, "In the background we now hear the voice of the crowd calling for calls and we seek to maintain restraint. We are a city that serves all the residents of the area and we will see how we prepare to return to routine and restore security to the residents."
