Of course we do not expect our garbage can to smell like roses all the time, after all it is ultimately full of garbage.

But our expectation is that at least the tin will not stink the whole kitchen.

Aside from the fact that a stinking trash can can make us feel nauseous every time we enter a room, a stinking trash can attracts pests like flies, mice and even rats.

This is how you will eliminate the smell

Baking soda

- The first product that can solve the odor problem in the trash can is baking soda.

Sprinkle a fair amount on the bottom of your trash can before you put the bag, or even inside the bag itself.

You can also use baking soda while you rub the tin itself if you feel the smell is stuck inside.

After rinsing the tin with water and drying it, just sprinkle a glass full of baking soda on the bottom and it will suck out all the moisture and odors.

Vinegar

- The antiseptic properties of vinegar will kill bacteria that can make your trash stink.

But experts warn: "Beware of using vinegar because it can ruin the inside of the tin. Also leave your work environment well ventilated when you use vinegar to avoid inhaling the material."

To be safe, you can dilute a quarter cup of vinegar with two liters of water and then clean the tin with the solution.

Sand for Cats

- Put some sand used as cat litter in the bottom of your trash can and the sand will eliminate the unwanted moisture and odors.

The ability of the sand to absorb liquids will cause a fresh odor in the bin.

Just be sure to change the sand every week so that it does not turn to mud.

Deodorant sheets for the dryer

- the last tip is to use something that is usually put together with the laundry - deodorant sheets / conditioner for the dryer.

All you have to do is put one page in the trash and the horrible smell will go away, according to the experts, you can even use a used page.
