She was about to be killed by a boy she trusted enough to decide to spend a weekend with him.
The nightmare of a 16 year old ended thanks to the intervention of the Civitavecchia carabinieri who arrested Ivan Rossi, a 32 year old deaf and dumb amateur boxing.
Saturday night the young woman was about to fall down, pushed by the boy, from the parapet of the terrace of the room of the bed and breakfast in which they were staying.
After almost a month spent getting to know each other by phone on Instagram, the two had decided to meet.
By mutual agreement they had therefore booked a room in the historic center of Civitavecchia.
After the first few minutes together in the room on the first floor of the structure, the girl immediately noticed the evident state of drunkenness of the 32-year-old.
Then an attempt at a physical approach immediately rejected by the young woman who, frightened, tried to leave the room.
The man, however, blocked her preventing her from escaping.
A big quarrel was born between the two: she offended, insulted to the point of fear, the fear of being raped.
The sixteen-year-old then decided to ask for help from her parents, her mother in particular.
First a text, then a call as the situation was rapidly deteriorating.
The young woman's mother immediately understood her danger and she decided to get in the car and join her daughter.
But the woman and her husband, originally from Civitavecchia, were in Rome for work: too much distance that separated them from her daughter considering also her situation.
The woman then decided to give the alarm to the police.
The Carabinieri patrol on patrol for the anti-Movida checks on Saturday evening at this point intervened in the bed & breakfast but once they arrived, not knowing which room the couple was in, asked the mother to write an SMS to her daughter with the request to move to the terrace of the room on the first floor of the structure.
The sixteen-year-old looked out screaming for her help, but generating even more the anger of the boy who took her in her arms trying to throw her under her.
Desperately clinging to the balcony railing, almost six meters high, the young woman managed to resist until the sight of the Carabinieri, when the attacker luckily freed her.
The girl then managed to escape and open the door from the room to the military.
The Carabinieri intervened by trying to block the 32-year-old who refused to follow them, breaking various objects in the structure and forcing the men of the Civitavecchia Army, joined by colleagues from the Tolfa and Campo di Mare station commands, to physically contain him with the help of a pepper spray.
Once in the barracks, in agreement with the Public Prosecutor of Civitavecchia, the 32-year-old was arrested and taken to the Regina Coeli prison.
Having embraced her mother again, the young woman was accompanied to the San Paolo hospital in Civitavecchia for some medical tests.
The young woman also said that the 32-year-old employee of a local supermarket had also taken drugs in addition to alcohol, but the military did not find traces of substances either in the room or on the arrested person.
