Like the ecological debt, the financial debt is a poisoned heritage that our generation must not leave to the next.
Of course, it is legitimate for a nation to go into debt to prepare the assets of tomorrow: investments in infrastructure, in research or in ecological transition.
But when it goes into debt to finance the day-to-day running of a state that has become obese or to buy social peace before an election, the debt becomes a burden that will weigh on the shoulders of our children.
